On April 2012 ECIKS has established an international patronage committee in order to increase the support for foreign investments and the economic development of Kosovo.

The high level committee composed of personalities from academia, business, politics and society will support current and future activities of ECIKS towards facilitating the economic cooperation between Kosovo and Western European countries.

Mr. Erhard Busek
Erhard Busek served as Vice-Chancellor of Austria from 1991 to 1995. He was a Special Co-ordinator of the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe (2002-2008).

Mr. Christophe Darbellay
Christophe Darbellay is a Swiss politician, member of the Swiss National Council, and President of the Christian Democratic People's Party (CVP/PDC).

Mr. Franz Fischler
Franz Fischler was the European Union's Commissioner for Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries (1995–2004). Between 1989 and 1994 Fischler was Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry of Austria and since 2012 the president of Forum Alpbach..



Ms. Ulrike Lunacek
Ulrike Lunacek was a member of the National Council of Austria, and since 2009 is a Member of the European Parliament for Austria. She is currently the European Parliament Rapporteur for Kosovo and the Spokesperson of The Greens/EFA on Foreign Affairs.



Mr. Josef Mayer
Josef Mayer has served in the past as a Vice-Minister of Economy, Family and Youth of the Republic of Austria.

Mr. Christoph Zöpel
Former Minister of State in the German Foreign Office, Professor German Jordanian University Amman, Honorary Professor Technical University Dortmund.
